The Schlossberg is a complex Grand Cru of great elegance and depth. The undisputed master of the Schlossberg is the Riesling, which thrives on sandy granite soil, imparting an intense mineral character. The wine has aromas of fresh herbs, citrus fruits, and a hint of wet stone. On the palate, one can feel its energy and a unique vertical structure. An outstanding wine with great potential, depth, freshness, spice, and salinity. The somewhat medieval and sacred-inspired label was created in collaboration with an artist who masters ancient techniques and pigmentations.
