The Bio Planète speciality O'range spoils the palates of connoisseurs and gourmets with a natural, fruity-fresh note - the result of a sensitive and demanding production process.

For this olive oil composition, ripe Oueslati olives from wild olive trees in the fertile mountainous regions of north-eastern Tunisia are harvested by hand, carefully sorted and pressed within a few hours together with fresh untreated Maltaise oranges. This orange variety grows in the Tunisian region of Cap Bon and has a particularly round taste.

Our aromatic olive oil speciality adds that certain something to fish dishes, prawns or scampi. It also goes perfectly with fruit salads such as chicory with orange fillets or as the icing on vanilla ice cream.
