    The only B12 toothpaste you can find that does the job.

    I found the taste of the toothpaste a little interesting at first (probably the sage is to blame) but now I like to use it every day. It's vegan and microplastic-free, so you can't go wrong. The intake of B12 was confirmed by a scientific study from 2017 (DOI: 10.3945/ajcn.116.141978, increase of 81 ± 135 pmol/L vitamin B-12). Overall, I can only recommend this pasta

    Great source of B12

    I’m a vegetarian and I’ve been using Sante toothpaste for years which has helped me to maintain B12 levels without shots.
