    I don't know of any alternative, but the quality of the workmanship is poor.

    When it works, the toothbrush is great. But one out of two doesn't work properly.
    We have several toothbrushes in use. Each one seems to clean a little differently. Some last several years, others only one year.

    Bad experience - but no other option except manual toothbrush.

    For the third time, a handset broke exactly two years after the warranty period had expired. The third time, I had therefore taken out an extended warranty and guess what happened: when I wanted to send the device to the service department because it was defective, it mysteriously never arrived at the service provider SERTRONIC.
