    Expensive Lifetime 2 years insufficient

    Good toothbrush with short life span and too expensive for that. I was disappointed by Phillips and switched to xiaomi (cheaper with the same result and longer life).

    Cleaning quality very good - but without travel charging case

    The cleaning quality is very good and it is a pleasant and clean feeling after brushing. The battery lasts about a week. It is a pity that it did not come with a travel charging case.

    Too many functions which are not worth the money

    The toothbrush has many cleaning programmes, which most users probably do not need. The many programmes are also somewhat cumbersome to switch the toothbrush off again, because you have to click through all of them individually. In addition, my model started to "rattle" loudly under a specific pressure load.

    The cable for the charging glass is quite short, in my bathroom it doesn't quite reach the socket. This means I have to charge the toothbrush in another room, which is very slow via induction.

    The best thing about the toothbrush is the money-back guarantee, which I took advantage of today. Maybe I will consider a ProtectiveClean 4300/4500 later on.

    PS: Many reviews seem to be from Philips product testers. I find these somewhat misleading as I don't think you can give objective feedback for a product you don't pay for.
