Actually works

According to the principle 'it does no good so it does no harm' bought, and for me it actually helps! Would have liked red light instead of blue, and therefore later a competitor product with red light also bought here at Galaxus, with which I am even more satisfied. That this does not slow down the pulsation does not affect me negatively. And only still much cheaper ... more

You really do fall asleep better

The blue light is a bit sharp, but if you set it up right, it can be passively dimmed. The fact that breathing is important when falling asleep is a basic biological principle (slow breathing means everyone is good), with the device it can be standardized, so to speak.
