    Great as a measuring device, initial setting for data transmission very difficult and not up to date

    Nice little device. After a little awkward setting of date and time with 40-70 button presses, the device works well. The cuff is easy to use. Setting up the Bluetooth connection requires loading the correct app first. The connection setup is based on a dialogue in both devices that I haven't seen for years. This is programming style from 20 years ago. Data transfer of the stored values is only possible after a measurement with the app switched on on the mobile. Once you have done this, the data is displayed clearly and can also be exported as a .csv or .pdf file from the mobile device.

    The USB connection to the PC is a complete disaster. First of all, there are 2 apps on the website that supposedly support the device, Health Manager and Health Manager PRO. However, the PRO app does not work with the BM77 because it requires a button input on the device that does not exist. So uninstall it and install another (older) app. If you follow the manual exactly, it will work, but with a lot of pressing on both sides. Again, transmission only immediately after a measurement. The data is then displayed with the PC APP, but you cannot get it out of this APP, e.g. to Excel for your own analyses. A thick cable for the transfer is included with a USB A connection. On the device side, it is an ancient socket used in some cameras around 10-15 years ago.

    Despite EU regulations, there is no sign of USB-C.

    Does not work, must be used with a data octopus of an app

    Supplied with very poor instructions. However, it cannot be switched on, configured or operated properly. What's more, the device has to be operated with a Beurer app that attempts to collect my personal and health data in a highly unauthorised way. As I am familiar with Beurer and have been satisfied with various other products, I am deeply disappointed with this device and the mentality demonstrated regarding data collection! I will look for another device that fulfils its purpose offline and "honestly".
