Capri Blue is a semi-permanent bright blue hair dye inspired by the coastal summer sky. This vivid shade has been created using our conditioning formula, which is super gentle on your hair. To achieve stunning electric blue hair, we recommend lightening to a level 9 or 10 (blonde) before application. It is also suitable for level 8 hair (light brown); however, results will only be tonal.
