The Pip visualises your body’s reactions to stress by means of electrodermal activity (EDA), the electrical activity of the sweat glands in the skin. This allows the Pip to accurately determine if you are stressed or relaxed. The data is then sent to the apps that, in turn, visualise your stress levels and help you manage them. By using various meditation and relaxation techniques, you can influence your progress that is displayed in the apps. It shows in real time which methods work for you and which aren’t very effective. This allows you to retrain your reaction to stress. Monitor your progress in the app statistics. Regular use will help you understand your body’s signals and deal with stress better.
