    Faulty delivery and according to Galaxus I am to blame because I have not checked the delivery.

    I ordered this playhouse here, but got the much too short and too small slide from the Exit Loft 500 delivered.
    Now the slide is floating in the air and is too steep. I have reported everything to Galaxus, now I was told     that I only had 30 days to complain, the return period has expired.
    I do not want to return anything, I just want to get what I paid for.
    Very annoying and disappointing, apparently I would have to unpack all the huge boxes and check whether Galaxus has sent me what I paid for.
