The part flies, even quite ok. It is also easy to control in windy conditions.
The big weak point is the spinner, which leads to an imbalance. The motor vibrated loose within 2 minutes. Be sure to fix the screws with screw glue.

No idea if the thing flies. The remote control went up in smoke the first time the batteries were inserted.
