Sow in early spring or autumn in boxes or trays and keep them warm (18-22°C) for 2-4 weeks, ensuring the soil remains well-moistened. Then expose them to cold temperatures (-4 to +4°C) for 4-6 weeks. After the cold period, do not immediately expose them to higher temperatures; instead, maintain a temperature between 5 and 12°C. Thin out strong seedlings and later plant them in their final location.
