The one bag was disappointing. Over 70% consists only of tiny pieces (like slate the size of a 5 franc piece) or almost dust.
Temperature can be poorly maintained for long in a kamado. They burn down too fast and hot depending on the size. Well suited for pizza where 350+ is desired.
For PP I had to add twice a full basket (Total approx. 5-6kg). Target temp of 110 was maximum for 1-2h to hold. After that it usually went relatively fast in one direction. Normally I get through with 2-3kg good 16h, at constant heat of course.
