Thule finds the solution for fuel savings
For a Thule product, it's disappointing to have to systematically remove the ski rack when not in use. But it's a good solution to make a noisy product when it's not in use. It forces you to take it off, which means you use less fuel...

A good binding width: a snowboard with two pairs of skis next to it.
Contra
Without skis, the rubber slats vibrate and make a deafening noise on the motorway.
