    A discount for damaged sheets would have been appreciated

    Very good material. Arrived quickly.
    It has a few sheets that were bent in transit I guess. I was able to straighten them.
    The gas pipe was damaged. It was replaced quickly.

    Great grill. Horrible customer service. The grill came with wrong/missing pieces. Taking more than 3 weeks to get nut/bolts delivered (you can't imagine the amount to time spent with customer service) and invoiced for something that is under warranty. Unbelievable. That's my second Koenig grill and I bought because of its quality. If I knew customer service was so weak I would not have bought it.
