  Very disappointed

  No warranty service worthy of a high end product, I am disappointed with the warranty. Beware of the next buyer the warranty does not include the removal of the grill under warranty nor the repair at your home, namely the grill is heavy and difficult to transport without effort and the shipping costs are at your expense. We reported a problem with our grill on 26 June 2018 a solution was offered to us on 04.07.2018 I find long very long for a product that we use almost every day. The solution is to send back the defective part that I have to dismantle myself or to send the whole grill. more
