The outer shell is made of two different sizes of aramid fiber carbon composite parts combined with epoxy resin. The inner shell consists of EPS material, a special multi-layered pressed polystyrene with varying densities. The smaller shell covers sizes from XS to M, while the larger shell covers sizes from M to XXL. This construction ensures that the helmet performs well in energy distribution in the event of a fall and remains lightweight. The visors are made of scratch-resistant polycarbonate, and the helmet is equipped with a small, retractable tinted visor that allows for optimal riding in all weather and light conditions. The visor is designed to accommodate the Pinlock® anti-fog system with the included Pinlock® lens. The visor's closing mechanism is located on the chin guard. The helmet also features a special mechanism that makes it safer and quieter at the push of a button, even at high speeds. Wide ventilation openings at the front of the chin guard provide good airflow, while the rear air extractor helps to remove warm air. The "Advanced Padding System" is included in the package, allowing customers to personalize the interior fit, which is removable, washable, and hypoallergenic due to a Sanitized treatment. The interior padding is positioned to accommodate glasses. The micrometric buckle closure allows for quick release and is prepared for the installation of a Bluetooth® communication system.
