The Underfloor Heating L starter set from Homematic IP contains everything you need to set up a smart underfloor heating system. This set consists of the access point (HMIP-HAP), a floor heating actuator (HmIP-FALMOT-C12), three wall thermostats with humidity sensor (HMIP-WTH-1) and three motorised actuators (HmIP-VDMOT). The access point (HMIP-HAP) is used to connect the smartphone to the Homematic IP cloud and the Homematic IP devices. It transmits the settings and configuration data as well as the operating commands from the smartphone to the Homematic IP devices. The access point is connected to a conventional router via a network cable. With the Homematic IP underfloor heating actuator (HmIP-FALMOT-C12), you can conveniently control your underfloor heating room by room as required via the smartphone app or with the Homematic IP wall thermostat (HMIP-WTH-1) and thus adjust the room temperature to your individual needs. The underfloor heating actuator can be used in conjunction with motorised actuators (HmIP-VDMOT) to control underfloor heating with up to 12 heating circuits and can be operated in heating and cooling mode (provided the heating system supports this operating mode). The device can be mounted flexibly using the screws supplied or simply on a top-hat rail. Thanks to the secure wireless communication between the Homematic IP devices, the wiring effort is minimised.
