Product details

Versatile tires for mixed use on roads and paths. The perfect trekking tire offers high puncture protection, exceptional grip in various terrains, and efficient rolling behavior.

Tire type: with tube (not suitable for tubeless), folding tire.
Casing: 30 TPI, material: single component, terrain: easy, conditions: mixed, puncture protection: yes, compatible with e-bikes: yes, weight: 720 g, compatible rims: 17C to 30C.

When inflating the tire, consider the terrain and especially the weather conditions. In rain, you should reduce the tire pressure to improve traction. On dry ground, you can increase the tire pressure.

To remove the tire, completely deflate the tube. Then, you can use a tire lever to detach the tire from the rim. To determine if a mountain bike tire needs to be replaced, check the wear on the tread. Signs of wear include tread fraying, micro-cracks, flattening of the tread, and visibility of the casing. In these cases, the tire is worn out and needs to be replaced.

Inflate the tire carefully. The recommended pressure is indicated on the tire sidewall. Check the tire pressure before each ride. The minimum pressure for this tire is 2 bar and the maximum pressure is 5 bar.

First, mount the tire on one side of the rim. Inflate the tube to about 30 percent and place it inside the tire. This prevents the tube from being pinched during inflation. Now, pull the other side of the tire onto the rim, starting from the side opposite the valve. Ensure that the tube is not pinched between the tire and the rim.
