My first trotti and it's mega fun. Makes 28km at just under 95kg. Gradients of up to 15% are feasible at 7kmh. The battery is charged from 0 to 100% in 6 hours.
Perfect.

This is my first e-scooter, so I have no comparison. But I'm thrilled because it runs surprisingly well and has a good finish.
It has pneumatic tyres (with inner tube). They are supposed to increase comfort. But if you pump them up to the recommended 50 psi, they are still very hard. And you don't want to change them yourself, it might be an ordeal (by the way, one tyre is included as a replacement, but no inner tube).
With me lightweight (68 kg), the thing runs up to 20 km/h very easily in 3-4 seconds. Even on inclines, 15 km/h is usually possible. That's good, because the much stronger engine has been electronically neutered (to meet CH requirements).
The disc brake at the rear works very well, but the electronic brake at the front (via the motor) is usually sufficient, because it doesn't pull badly either.
Incidentally, the scooter does NOT recover energy when braking manually. It only does this when you take your foot off the accelerator, i.e. it then automatically brakes to half speed electronically at half throttle position, for example, and recovers power in the process. Or, for example, when driving downhill. How strong this effect is can be adjusted via the app. When braking, on the other hand, even the same amount of energy is used as when accelerating, so the motor also brakes quite well electrically.
The range is actually just under 40 km at my weight and permanently at full throttle.
The workmanship is surprisingly good, a lot is made of metal, everything makes a very solid impression.
The driving experience: It's more stable and manoeuvrable than I thought it would be, no comparison to wobbly children's scooters. But, as I said, it is quite hard despite the pneumatic tyres.
To use the scooter normally, you have to activate it via the Xiaomi app and, of course, create an account with them. But you don't have to reveal very much about yourself.
