  I love this thing. It's had a lot of hours on it. I wore it in winter on the construction site and it's really warm. You should take care when washing it. But since wool is self-cleaning, it is always enough to hang up the top after use and air it out. This keeps it almost completely odourless for several weeks. This is exactly why I love it for outdoor adventures.
  
  I would recommend wearing it as a mid-layer. It's only mildly itchy for me, although I'm rather fussy about wool, but I still find it more comfortable with a layer underneath (like woolpower lite).
  
  Every athlete and craftsman will love this thing in winter or even in spring and autumn. more
