    Also for rainproof cyclists

    I ride my bike (simple "city bike") to work every day and like to transport my things (incl. laptop) in saddle bags. After my approx. 20 year old ones from Karrimor were really too worn out, I bought some Ortlieb Back Roller City (in red). I am very satisfied. The fastening mechanism on the luggage carrier is simple and very quick. Especially the removal is lightning fast-when you pull the carrying handle, the buckles open automatically. The bag itself is a bit awkward to close, just with the typical Ortlieb mechanism to roll it up. But I can imagine that you can ride the underwater bike through the Limmat without getting your laptop wet. I haven't tried it yet.

    VERY USEFUL

    Handling takes a bit of getting used to: folding down the lid, closing left and right; especially opening takes quite a bit of strength in the fingers and mine are already 82 years old! I have only used the bag for a short time, but I like the product! Main use: shopping in the village; disposing of glass and cans.

    • Click buckles a little hard, the corresponding closure systems on backpacks are softer!
