    Product is OK but the service is grottig vs. price!

    After about 20 uses, the pedal suddenly falls off and can not be screwed back in. The service sends a new pedal and the holder but no instructions and no tools! Apart from the fact that it also took a very long time. At the price I expect something else in terms of service. Never again a product from Hammer.

    Does not convince at all

    Ball bearing has started to clack loudly after 2 months of use.

    • No power connection needed

    Contra

    • Not compatible with popular apps like Zwift.
    • Poor price / performance ratio
    • Pronounced unfriendly customer service at Hammer

    Very disappointing

    As already mentioned: in the bike is NOT a magnetic brake installed, but a friction brake. The customer service has confirmed this to me only after a very lengthy email exchange. Conclusion: Hands off!

    • does not need a power supply
    • mass of the flywheel

    Contra

    • wrong information about the brake system on the website of Hammer and here in the shop: no magnetic brake
    • Bluetooth connection breaks off every now and then
    • screws loose in inaccessible places ex works
    • Customer service from Hammer: unfriendly and answers only after repeated requests
