  Good enough for chill workouts, but not what I expected from the description.

  The item is good for fist and shin conditioning, and a bit of practicing.
  
  Things I haven't liked:
  
  - They say it perfectly withstands intense training without falling off. This is not true, it's easy to knock it down (even after filling the base with water completely for maximum weight).
  
  - It moves too much while hitting it, not stable to the base even if properly set.
  
  - The head part is awkward, with an extremely thick neck that makes head punching uncomfortable and unnatural.
