    For the city with good value for money

    • Good engine
    • Brakes absolutely OK
    • Switch/changer Brand product
    • Can absolutely keep up with much more expensive bikes

    Contra

    • Mudguards close fitting
    • Mudguards become misaligned and rub against the tyre
    • Front light misaligned on bumps.
    • Fork has some play when braking. Gives little confidence in the vehicle.
    • The adjustment of the handlebar (angle) always has some play because it has imprecise gearing.
    • A heavy block.

    Came with broken charger

    Came with broken charger. Unfortunately proprietary plug and therefore not easily replaceable. This should really have been tested before shipping, and at 2000 CHF already expect rudimentary quality control.

    The complaint     was extremely slow, I was asked for pictures of the serial number, my address and various other details that are not necessary to send a charger. After a full month of waiting, the bike was finally ready to ride. You could install USB-C like everyone else...

    The bike was poorly prefabricated, there was even a screw missing from the mudguard (and several were loose), the included tools only include an 8mm and 12mm allen, but the saddle needs a 10mm, and so on.

    Apart from all these problems, the bike itself is quite decent.
