The Parabellum Allmountain helmet from MET is, as its name suggests, designed to protect and comfort the entire head - but it doesn't have to be fun. Safety is of course the first priority.
The extremely stable Double In-Mold construction of the half-shell helmet, in which an impact-absorbing, hard EPS core is moulded into the hard-wearing polycarbonate shell under heat, creating an inseparable connection, was further enhanced by the so-called HES construction in the Parabellum. The so-called Homothetic Embedded Skeleton, a skeleton stretched over the entire helmet and embedded in the core, distributes the forces that normally act selectively during an impact over the entire bicycle helmet, thereby reducing the impact energy. The height-adjustable Safe-T Smart twist-lock system ensures that the bicycle helmet is held firmly on the head with just a small hand movement and the pressure is distributed evenly and gently instead of punctually. The low overall weight of the bicycle helmet also has a comfortable effect on the wearer due to the In-Mold construction, which is so stable that large ventilation openings distributed throughout the helmet can cool the head sufficiently. Additional cooling is provided by the ventilation openings of the visor, which can be adjusted at will, thus extending its functionality as eye protection against branches and mud splashes. The hypoallergenic, antibacterial GEL front pad in the forehead area supports the cooling and sweat-reducing function of the helmet many times over, can be removed and hand washed. Despite all considerations of safety and comfort, the fun of biking should not be neglected. For this reason, MET has attached a universal camera mount to the Parabellum to be able to capture the unforgettable experiences.
