Product details

The Fifty:Fifty is what AustriAlpin calls its "new" from the carabiner family and for good reason: it has two chambers of equal size that can be opened and closed with a guided spring. The carabiner comes with a novel mechanism that allows either the opening of the upper or the lower chamber. As soon as you release the spring, both chambers close automatically. - Details: - The carabiner can be operated comfortably with one hand - It is equally suitable for right-handers and left-handers - The oval shape prevents a weakening transverse load when belaying - The closure of the carabiner snaps shut automatically - Type: Normal carabiner Dimension - Weight: 90 g - Size / opening: 21 mm - Size (L x W): 113 x 63 mm Carabiner - Safety closure - With anti-rotation device: no - Type of closure: special closure - Material: aluminum Maximum load - Opened: 8 kN - Longitudinal pull: 26 kN - Transverse pull: 10 kN Certifications - Test & quality seal, standards: EN 12275, EN 362, UIAA 121
