Question about Kuhn Rikon Montreux
In the saucepan properties it says: Coating: Aluminium Is this correct? Does this pan has aluminium coating inside the pan, which has contact with food? Or the coating is on the heating base only?
The aluminium coating is embedded in the bottom of the pan and has no contact with the food.
