Usage and care: Wash by hand with warm soapy water before first use and after each use. Rinse and dry thoroughly with a soft cloth. Do not place in the dishwasher and avoid using metal utensils (silicone or wood is recommended). The acidity of some foods may discolor the pan, but occasional stains or scratches will not affect the performance of the cookware. Baking instructions: Preheat the oven according to the recipe or cake mix instructions. Prepare the inside of the baking pan with parchment paper or baking spray. Bake as directed in your favorite recipe. For even browning, bake only on the top rack of the oven.
