The spouted pot is the pot that our grandmother always had on the stove. Some also call it a milk pot or milk jug, but for us, it will always be the spouted pot, due to its characteristic spout shape. This allows liquid to be poured accurately into the intended vessel, and its round handle makes it ideal for direct serving at the table. The rim is gently curved – a rolled edge in enamel terminology – where the metal is bent to create a round and stable edge.

The spouted pot comes in various shapes, colors, and designs. The material enamel consists of iron that has been fused with glass at high temperatures, made from natural raw materials.
