    After two weeks of operation, still 100% over...

    After two weeks of operation, I am still 100% convinced that I bought the right product. The machine is well made, nothing rattles or clatters. It is very quiet compared to our old machine (Nespresso Cube). This one had already been around for 8 years and always worked great without any problems.

    I personally find the stepless dosing of the cups a very useful function. It warms up extremely quickly after switching on and is ready for use.

    I can highly recommend the machine.

    Top Nespresso machine with start-up difficulties

    In and of itself, a high-quality machine with a great feel.
    Apparently, however, this order from galaxus was not under a lucky star.
    Ordered on Friday afternoon with delivery on Saturday, but the machine was delivered by     B Mail on the following Tuesday :-(
    In addition, the steam function on the brand new machine did not work!
    galaxus could only offer to exchange the machine (send it in, have it checked and then receive a new one after an estimated two weeks).

    When I called the Nespresso hotline, they offered technical support but could not solve the problem, so I was offered a repair (at least two weeks).
    I was not satisfied with either solution!
    According to Nespresso, the machine was already produced in 2016 and had been in storage somewhere for so long that it was not able to suck in water on its own.

    I solved the problem myself by injecting warm water into the water inlet of the machine with a medicine syringe that I simply cut off the tip.
    Within seconds, the machine was able to suck in water with this starting aid and now works as desired!

    One star deduction because the machine didn't run from the start and according to support it should have been sent in again first.
