    Not very long lasting

    It's actually a great thing that you can monitor the temperature from the living room. It also works really well. However, in the second summer, the temperature display was sometimes there and sometimes not. That's not really bad as long as it works in the living room, but it's kind of stupid. However, after two seasons I took the float out of the pool for winter storage and noticed that the paint on the lid was peeling off. That's not right at all. Who knows what kind of plastic is floating in the pool. Even more microplastic that goes into the sewage.

    • Convenient temperature monitoring from the living room
    • One set of batteries is easily enough for a season

    Contra

    • Temperature display at the float rarely works in the second summer
    • After two seasons, paint or plastic flakes off the lid of the float
