    Beware of Miele Fashionmaster B 23-12 CH because of high susceptibility to failure. Before on the Internet necessarily read reviews.

    We have ordered on 23.7.15 the Miele FashionMaster B 23-12 CH incl. free Steamjet. In addition, we had purchased a warranty upgrade to Premium Express Service to 2 years. This service contract with Sertronics guarantees on-site troubleshooting within 24 hours or replacement of the unit.
    In the meantime, we have had to have the Sertronics mechanic come several times because the ironing station had corresponding defects. The worst was the constantly blocking height adjustment and Sertronis had to take the unit back in April because even the service technician could not help. We were informed after 48 hours at our request that this unit had to go to the factory for repair and that this could take 1-2 weeks. We refused and we were immediately offered a credit for the system by Sertronics, which was also issued by Galaxus on 2.5.17.
    Recently, we had to learn in writing from the Galaxus RMA service that the credit will be withdrawn because of Sertronics, because allegedly there is an operating error on our part and they will send the device back again. We had to reject this decision as arbitrary and had already bought a replacement system in the meantime.
    We are astonished about the unprofessional and non-contractual procedure in this clear warranty case. We cannot recommend this ironing station because it is very prone to failure!
    The business conduct of Sertronics is extremely arbitrary and in no way customer-friendly. We also advise against such warranty contracts, which are then not honored with testimony against testimony.

    • Passable ironing performance due to blowing and suction system

    Contra

    • Extremely susceptible to malfunctions and therefore it is essential to conclude a warranty extension.
    • Very poor service performance by Sertronics
    • Galaxus also failed in this case with the arbitrary back and forth.
    • Depending on the further behavior of the provider, this will become a case for the legal service.
    • System is very heavy and can only be moved thanks to rollers.

    Would recommend it to anyone. Very good investment!

    Probably the best ironing system in the world.

    Had LauraStar before, industrial steamer for 3 years and regular iron. None of these systems can compete with Miele FashionMaster!

    The device is not very cheap, but mega cheap     considering the performance from the whole system.

    Everything in one place and even for me as a man, and loan easy to use. There was even a DVD with training videos on how to iron properly and quickly.

    My machine is now over 3 years old and still looks like new.

    The ironing performance is good, The system is prone to failure.

    The device goes back to warranty service, because of regular water puddle under the device, and error message that he can not suck from the water tank, although the water filter is clean.
