We have used the frying pan only 3 times, but what comes off is quite as expected.
The frying pan we have for over 20 years and is still like new. That's why we had to use the frying pan once. It is a real poem when you make the Rösti or so a really fine entrecote. If the also holds out 20 years and then it was more than worth the price.

Definitely the last pan I bought, in a positive sense of course :D .
Clean workmanship, very easy to clean (see instructions).
Requires a little getting used to because the food sticks a bit as long as it is not properly fried, should settle with the patina with time. However, the pan sticks less than with a worn, coated pan.
Of course, the pan weighs a lot more than a stainless steel or aluminium pan (around 2.5 kg for the 28 cm pan), but it also stores the heat much better. The old Tefal had to be on 6/6 almost all the time, whereas I can sear on 4/6 with the Le Creuset.
At the current price, I can recommend the pan to anyone who is upset about sticky "non-stick pans" and can live with the higher weight.

Good pan for many things but eg not suitable for pancakes. No matter what we do, they stick.
