  Can I recommend to buy.

  Until today we did not know that you can fry so well with an uncoated frying pan made of chrome steel.
  It is clear that if you turn the heat level over with this pan, the contents char faster than with a coated pan.
  Therefore, it is necessary to know that for your environment you have to test the heating level for a possible preheating as well as for frying, starting with a low level and gradually increasing it.
  At our place, we can set the heating pad for the 28 pan on level 2 ½ and the frying process is just as fast as with a coated plate.
  And nothing burns and the pan is great to clean. more

  Short coating life

  Unfortunately, the pan was not worth the price. We expected more for the high price in terms of durability.
