    I bought this food processor to replace my old Artisan...

    I bought this food processor to replace my old Artisan which had a smaller bowl. I prefer the professional model and this one in particular because it is much quieter. It seems to be more powerful and I hope it will give good service for many years.
    I also mention that buying from Galaxus is always wonderful, fast and uncomplicated. The site is very well done, I was able to choose an extended warranty without any hassle.
    I am very satisfied with my purchase.

    Would I buy again only with mixed feelings.

    Had to replace the so-called professional machine despite limited home use already after 1 year (eg fell off the "front eye" where external devices are plugged). The replacement machine looked much more scratched than my 1 old machine. I also had to wait several weeks to get the machine replaced. This is clearly insufficient for this price range. Overall, the mechanics seem to work so far, but it is poorly finished (aluminum lettering falls off, parts are pressed in at an angle, etc.).

    Very good product. Dough 1A. Cleaning effort minimal. I would buy again at any time. Delivery time was also ok. Have Thermomix, which is unfortunately a scrap machine. So Kitchenaid anytime again!
