    Much more space than expected

Quite a bit bigger than expected, this is a full size kitchen appliance. After the shock when receiving it at home in the box delivered on the doorstep, this definitely did not fit in the boot of the car...
    Once set up in
the basement when it really starts to make noise trying to bring the temperature down I quickly forgot we even had it until the request for feedback came in.
I have it as an extended freezer, seems swiss rentals have this idea of a very small quantity of freezing space is enough for a family. normally with 3 pizzas, a weeks worth of meat and some frozen vegies just in case the freezers are full. this extends that scenario by at least a week and a half. So now we only need to shop once every two weeks doing full purchases of frozen vegetables and pizzas. Once a week I shuttle some frozen stuff from this device into the small freezing space in the fridge.

Product okay, customer service from Galaxus not convincing.

The product is okay. However, the performance of Galaxus leaves much to be desired.

They state that they will deliver within 24h after receipt of payment. I ordered and paid on 28 Jan. The freezer was delivered to the carrier
on 6 Feb, the refrigerator only on 13 Feb. If you do not have offered products in stock, then it would be state of the art to indicate this on the platform!

Since both had to be delivered to our vacation home and not to my home address, I wanted to add the mobile number in addition to the number of the landline from home in the profile. With moderate success. I got constant error messages. This delayed the contacting of the carrier.

The refrigerator has a dent in the door and the carrier says it is not his. We can live with it and want to save ourselves the circus, which would be necessary again for the replacement.

In summary, I must say that I imagine convincing customer service differently.
