    Defective after three years!

    I was delighted with the machine. However, the machine is now defective one year after the warranty expired (after only 3 years). The helpfulness of Galaxus customer service is subterranean. They refer to the manufacturer without any contact details. In a roundabout way, I was able to contact the manufacturer with the help of a Eureka repair workshop in Switzerland. The machine seems to be a discontinued model - after all, Galaxus no longer sells this model (!). Unfortunately, the manufacturer is not at all accommodating. What a pity! For me, the Eureka brand is now a thing of the past.
