    All Cookers Are Three

    This is now my third slow cooker. #eiLiäbi #Löv

    My first slow cooker was the one from Solis, type 820. Ideal for 3-4 people (3 liters). It cooked wonderfully, but unfortunately had no timer. Since we suddenly had a child     and were glad for leftovers to reheat, we needed a bigger slow cooker. So the slow cooker from Ferrari came into play.

    My second Slow Cooker, from Ferrari, type G3, is for 6-8 persons (6.5 liters). But MAN WAS THAT A MISTAKE. Kept totally drying out the food because it got too hot. In addition, the coating was always too warm, so you almost burned yourself on it. Had bought it at the time because of the size, because of leftovers and so...Never again, the thing is really crappy built...like a Fiat.

    Now for the Crockpot with DuraCeramic, the slow cooker of all slow cookers. I should have known: just buy the most famous brand of slow cookers after all, and it will be fine. Tonight's Lamb Stew has me elated to write this review. So that all the other mommies who spend their free time on Galaxus or the loo (sorry, with a toddler you never get to sche...ssen) can benefit from my experience. Long live the mother!!!

    • You can steam the meat in the vessel on the stove (including induction), really great.
    • The leftovers can easily be left in the pot, refrigerate & reheat in the same pot.

    • Ok, the color (white / gray) looks like something that Uriella would have at home...or would have on.

    Absolute recommendation

    This thing has already done hundreds of hours in the house, outside on the terrace at -10 ° or in the rain the ungrateful work. How it has not broken a long time ago is a mystery to us.

    Recommended for stews and curries. If necessary, set up outside.

    Keeps what it promises. My first slow cooker. What really bothers me about this cooking method in general is the smell. The whole apartment smells extremely of food. For hours. My clothes too. I'm going to put the crockpot on the patio from now on (and hope the neighbors don't get annoyed). :-/
