I now have 3 pans from the Montreux series (different diameters) and they are solid chrome steel. I've never read about an aluminium coating, and I can't imagine what that would be like. But the best thing to do - if you are unsure - would be to ask Kuhn-Rikon yourself!

According to our information, the Montreux, Peak and Black Star series are among Kuhn Rikon's top lines.
Because it's cheaper and made in China.

Thanks for the info. The guarantee could now be adjusted.
Kuhn Rikon offers a 10-year guarantee on selected Swiss Made frying pans, Swiss Made cookware and some Swiss Design stainless steel cookware. However, the manufacturer gives this directly and you must contact the manufacturer after 2 years.
The Height is 135 mm.
The first illustration is correct. Unfortunately, there is no lid included, nor is one provided by the manufacturer.
Unfortunately, we do not yet know if and when the set will be delivered again. Should there be an update on this, we will note it on the homepage under the product :-)

The aluminium coating is embedded in the bottom of the pan and has no contact with the food.
The measures are 16, 20 and 24 cm (1.5, 3 and 6 litres)

Hello, Yes it is a 3 piece set. I don't know if it helps, but I bought these pans in August 2017 and after 16+ months.... super satisfied!
