Edition 12/2014 - Glückwunsch an das Kai Shun Premier aus der Serie von Tim Mälzer, denn dieses ist das beste Santokumesser im Vergleich. Diesen Platz verdient sich das Modell in erster Linie durch seine überragende Schnittqualität. Auch in anderen Teilpunkten gibt es sehr gute Bewertungen, so etwa für die hohe Beständigkeit der Klinge gegen Risse sowie gegen Brüche. Hinzu kommt ein äußerst niedriger Reinigungsaufwand, wobei die Reinigung in der Spülmaschine laut Hersteller jedoch nicht möglich ist, was etwas schade ist.

Excellent knife

I did not realize before that slicing and cutting can be so fascinating and breathtaking. I feel no resistance when hard vegetables like carrot or beetroot are sliced with this knife. It is so cool that I just can not stop cutting.
I have never had such an experience with a knife. I love it!more

Super Messer

Schöne Verarbeitung und ansprechendes Design (naja, die Kuh hinten auf dem Knauf müsste nicht unbedingt sein). Das Messer liegt sehr gut in der Hand und hält auch was es verspricht wenn es ums schneiden geht.

Magnifique couteau

Très jolie couteau, très efficace. Coupe comme un rasoir. Aussi délicat, donc je déconseille le lave-vaisselle. J'aime beaucoup l'équilibre.
L'acier de Damas est très bien travaillé.

Bref, je conseille fortement ce couteau pour un passionné de cuisine qui aime se faire plaisir.more
