fine flour (espresso), medium-fine for filter coffee and coarse for the French Press. Due to the extra large and tasteless ceramic cone grinding mechanism, significantly fewer rotations are required than with conventional mills. In addition, it is easy to readjust so that the exact same result is always achieved at the corresponding level.
