High-quality cast iron. Enamel interior coating in cream, red exterior. Lid with stainless steel knob. Permanent moisture retention of the food during cooking thanks to the specially designed lid, ensuring clean and flavorful cooking results. Perfect and even heat distribution to the edge. Oven-safe up to 240°C. Packaged in cardboard, without polyethylene bags to protect the environment.
