What makes this machine so aesthetically pleasing is the paddle that is attached to the brewing group. It allows you to regulate the water flow in the group, giving you total control of every single phase of the coffee extraction. Thanks to the manometer on the group, you can measure the real pressure on the coffee puck.
What’s more, the machine is equipped with a small LCC display that shows you all the machine’s parameters. These include temperature regulation for coffee extraction and steam delivery, pre-infusion times, stand-by times, enabling or disabling the steam boiler, partial and total doses counter and display of the the temperature in °C or °F. Lelit Bianca's water tank is located in a separate container to avoid the tank water temperature from rising. In addition, the water tank can be repositioned on each of the three sides of the machine to better adapt it to the available space. It’s easy to remove for easy cleaning or to hook up to the water mains.
The Bianca is a dual boiler portafilter machine and therefore has two separate boilers: one for steam and hot water delivery and one for coffee extraction. This system improves temperature stability and can simultaneously brew coffee, froth milk or deliver hot water.
