To promote the 50-plus generation, which consists of people over the age of 50. In order to train employees accordingly and prepare them for new technologies, the human resources department of Siemens Schweiz AG has asked itself the question of how the transfer of knowledge of IT tools can be designed by employees over 50 in their company.
