Berlin is a dangerous place, but the true evil lurks at the city's gates. Berlin-Neukölln: A German-Turk lies shot dead in his mobile phone shop. Shortly thereafter, the body of a young refugee is found after an explosion in an abandoned children's clinic. Evidence suggests a connection to the murder in Neukölln. The state security suspects a terrorist background and takes over both cases. Viktor Puppe and his colleagues from the Berlin LKA are pursuing a completely different lead that takes them to a dubious nationalist settlement on the outskirts of the city. Viktor infiltrates the community and is left to fend for himself in the investigation from that point on.
