Die Rechnungsstellung im schweizerischen Obligationenrecht

Although invoicing is of great importance in practice, there is no fundamental treatise in Swiss civil law literature on its effects within the scope of the law of obligations. This study, titled "Invoicing in Swiss Law of Obligations," aims to fill this gap. The author primarily discusses the consequences of invoicing for the creation, scope, due date, and limitation of claims, as well as its impact on debtor default. Furthermore, the work addresses the legal consequences of additional statements commonly encountered in practice by the invoicer and examines the legal position of the invoice recipient.
