Activating resources has a positive effect on change processes and strengthens health! It helps to promote well-being and improve problem-solving processes. The card set contains 70 coloured picture cards, 20 question cards with resource-activating aspects as well as 7 cards on different areas of life and 3 time cards. The combinations of pictures and questions result in a variety of possible applications in coaching individuals and in employees working with groups, which are presented in the enclosed booklet. After brief information on the theoretical background, the booklet describes basic exercises for activating resources. Common coaching topics are addressed, such as anchoring learning content, strengthening well-being or providing assistance in dealing with a specific problem. The new edition of the card set also contains in-depth exercises, reflection questions for evaluating the exercises and a chapter with exercises for activating resources that can be used in groups. Case studies and photos illustrate how to carry out the exercises.
