  The sales and service handling with third-party providers can be to the detriment of the customer "lueg sälber!"...that can be annoying.

  Rings split / shift. After the first uncomplicated warranty exchange, the same problem => product returned. Somewhat complicated return because it has to go directly via Rhomberg and they then have to pay Galaxus back somehow until they can credit it. Galaxus 5 stars! more
