The Exo Terra Monsoon Solo is a programmable misting system suitable for all terrariums and greenhouses. This system helps maintain optimal humidity by producing rainfall at programmed times. The duration and frequency of rainfall can be easily adjusted to suit the needs of the animals kept or the plants. Frequent rainfall helps to stimulate breeding behaviour. It is also necessary if you keep live tropical plants such as bromeliads, orchids, mosses, etc. The system can be programmed to rain several times in a 24 hour period and over a period of 2 seconds to 2 minutes at a time. The large 1.5 litre reservoir ensures uninterrupted operation for several days without the need to refill water (ideal for holidays). In addition, the reservoir can be easily refilled without having to disassemble the entire system. The Exo Terra Monsoon Solo is equipped with an easy to install spray nozzle, but can be extended with an additional spray nozzle, making it ideal for two terrariums. The red LED heat indicator lights up when the heater is heating and switches off when the desired temperature has been reached. The thermostat's recessed switch prevents accidental temperature changes when the appliance is touched. The waterproof remote sensor can easily be used in very humid terrariums and aquatic environments.
